Training - For New Users

We've made the transition to Paxton as easy as possible for you, by providing full on-screen instructions on driving the package via the integrated HELP module, and the comprehensive installation and Set Up Guide the need for training is greatly reduced.  However, should you require extra assistance then the following one-to-one training days are available:

 

           Database set up
 

 

Paxton will send a check list for you to complete with the required information. You send this back to Paxton and, using this information, Paxton will:-

 

•  Create the database 

•  Set up the chart of accounts and funds

•  Enter the opening balances 

•  Send the database back to the user site

 

All the work will be performed at Paxton with no requirement for you to visit.

           Operating procedures course

 

 

A pre-requisite of this is that the database has been properly set up. The course will be delivered online, and will cover your initial operating procedures.

This is not a classroom presentation, it is a 'hands on' practical session just for your organisation. Very often, this will concentrate on historical data entry to bring the accounts on Paxton up to date. Paxton will send you a check list outlining what to bring.

This is a 3 hour session either from 09:30am or from 2pm.

Available for one or two persons

           Quick start day

 

 

This is not a classroom presentation, it is a 'hands on' practical session just for your organisation. The objectives of this session are to:-

 

•  Outline the concepts of the package

•  Create the database

•  Set up the chart of accounts and funds

•  Enter the opening balances

•  Establish the initial operating procedures

 

This is a session from 10:00am to 4.00pm for up to three persons.
